Vibrations and temperature increase are inseparable parts of rotating machines. Using the vibration and condition monitoring systems, we check vibration and temperature changes as the effects of machine’s behavior during its operation.

Machine vibrations include different information about the machine’s behavior and its need for restoration and maintenance (in the future) as well as the reasons for the machine’s damages.

Temperature of various parts of the machine, such as pedestals and couplings, presents data about assembly quality and operation problems of the machine and also wear of the bearings.

Continuous measurement and monitoring of vibration and temperature of various parts of the machine is valuable to identify the malfunctions in the first steps and prevent damage from appearing and spreading.
