Horizontal Balancing Machines

Vertical balancing machine for balancing on one plane of rotors with a mass up to 30 kg. The machine is equipped with a manual milling unit with tilting head and motorized rotating table. During the correction the piece is clamped on its external diameter by means of three self-centering jaws, thus avoiding to apply the forces due to machining on the measuring spindle and on the clamping tool, compromising the precision of the machine. This machine is particularly suitable for balancing pumps impellers.

Fully automatic balancing machine for balancing on one plane by drilling rotors, with a mass up to 100 kg. The number of holes and their depth are computed automatically according to the measured amount of unbalance. The drilling unit is mounted on two X-Z controlled axes (horizontal and vertical).
