Horizontal Balancing Machines
EBS horizontal balancing machines are used to precisely balance a large variety of roll-shaped or disk-shaped rotors. Based on a modular design they can be adapted to a wide range of balancing applications.
EBS universal balancing machines are designed so that they can efficiently and precisely balance various types of rotors over a wide weight range. Machines are available in two different technologies: Hard-bearing with a permanent calibration, which eliminates time consuming calibration runs and soft-bearing for special purposes.
The machines can be quickly set up for different rotor types. The first measuring run can be performed immediately after setup is complete.

Balancing Machines for Ultra-Light Rotors
MK3 Manual balancing machine
MK3 is a general-purpose balancing machine recommended for processing small productions or to be used in testing laboratories for production development or to perform quality controls. The unbalance correction is carried out manually by adding or removing material. This machine is supplied with a mechanical measuring device connected to an industrial PC. The unit is equipped with all the devices and tools necessary for rapid and secure changeover. Software is available to support the operator to correct unbalances by drilling. MK3 may also be installed in an automatic line so as to act as a sorting machine.

Horizontal bench-top balancing machine for balancing of rotors with a mass up to 10 kg, utilizing “force measuring” hard bearing pedestals. The machine is equipped with a manual safety guard with a security interlock. The drive system with an upper or lower tangential belt, or with winding belt, and variable speed, allows the balancing of various types of rotors. The machine may also be equipped with an automatic angular positioning system and an unbalance marking device.

Balancing Machines for Light Rotors
R300B-VS
Horizontal hard bearing balancing machine with a capacity up to 300 kg, with separated electrical cabinet and EQ21STS equipment, complete with angular indexing. The driving system is by means of a winding belt and pneumatic cylinder for belt tensioning. The R300B is also available with winding belt with arm. The machine is equipped with a safety guard tunnel sliding on the floor.
Machines in this capacity are available in cardan joint drive system (R300G-VS) and double drive system (R300B-G-VS).
